Paris-based artist Nozomi made these glistening beetle specimens through a process of digital sculpting, 3D printing, and good old-fashioned lacquer painting. The functions are a continuation of a continuing series where she explores the backs of beetles as a backdrop for her digital work. Nozomi is selling some of the bits on Etsy, and you can trace her on Instagram.
