Majestic Vibrant Landscapes From Around The World Captured By Niaz Uddin
These color-saturated aerial shots catch the magic of different landscapes as observed from above.
This series was taken by Niaz Uddin, a photographer, director, and filmmaker. These brilliant fly-over shots stir the creativity with the ideal dose of drama and color. Each shot could easily be confused with a movie photo, thanks to this Uddin’s cinematic signature.
The range of places is fascinating. You’ll spot rainbow acid in the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone, pink beaches at Laguna beach, and missing planes in the Pacific Northwest.

An English Artist Assembles Mandalas from Leaves, Rocks and Berries
James Brunt creates elaborate ephemeral artworks employing the natural materials he sees in woods, parks, and beaches close to his home in Yorkshire, England. This kind of land art, popularized and frequently associated with fellow Brit Andy Goldsworthy, entails detailed layouts, textures, and shapes formed using multiples of one sort of material. Brunt collects twigs, rocks, and leaves and arranges them into nature mandalas, spirals, and concentric circles. He photographs his finished work to document it nature once more takes hold of his stuff.

Del Sol House / Schmidt Arquitectos Asociados
The site is located on the third row of properties facing the sea, gently sloping with a blanket of Doca Carpobrotus aequilaterus, characteristic to the central coast of Chile. It has a great view of the sea and the sunsets and is exposed to the cold south west wind. The Del Sol House is set with its angled geometry, by way of contrast, making the most of the surrounding landscape. The consolidated sand slope joins to accommodate the spacious interior of pure and simple materials.

More than a formal commitment, we understood that the owners sought, through their demands, a traditional beach house lifestyle, where there was greater programmatic freedom and integration of spaces, with the consequent break from the traditional rigid formal city houses, generating a more calm and relaxed feeling. A native of Chicago, but grew up in Florida and invested early adulthood there. Steven has been photographing considering taking a photography course in school. Most of his photos were shot with a Pentax K1000 camera. Now, enjoy the trip back in time!
